Welcome to  eSimTel Application (“Application”, “App”, “Service”), operated by Diploy (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this App.

1. Eligibility


  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
  • You must ensure your device supports eSIM functionality before purchasing a plan.
  • You agree that you are responsible for compliance with telecom rules and regulations set by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India, and by any applicable local authority.


2. Service Description


  • The App allows users to purchase, activate, and manage eSIM data plans on supported devices.
  • All telecom services are provided through partnered network operators and subject to their terms of service.
  • Diploy does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, as it depends on the telecom operator and network availability.


3. User Responsibilities


  • Provide accurate details (such as KYC, email, and contact number) as required by Indian telecom regulations.
  • Do not use the App or eSIM services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and securing your device.


4. Payments & Refunds


  • All payments for eSIM plans are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
  • All purchases are non-refundable unless required by Indian consumer protection laws.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may vary depending on your region or telecom provider.
  • Diploy is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or third-party technical issues.


5. Intellectual Property


  • The App, its content, features, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Diploy and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws in India.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.


6. Third-Party Services


  • Diploy integrates with third-party telecom operators and payment gateways.
  • We are not responsible for their service interruptions, policies, or errors.
  • By using our App, you also agree to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.


7. Limitation of Liability


  • Diploy is not liable for:
    • Service disruptions caused by telecom operators
    • Device incompatibility issues
    • Loss or damage due to network failure
    • Unauthorized use of your account or eSIM
  • The App and services are provided “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind.


8. Termination


  • Diploy may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  • You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.


9. Privacy


  • Diploy collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection rules in India.

10. Changes to Terms


  • Diploy may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Updates will be notified within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.


11. Governing Law


  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, India.
